Our home
Residents enjoy comfortable private and semi-private rooms, a shared living room, nutritious meals and snacks, and a clean, well-kept house in a quiet Ewa Beach neighborhood.
Our activities
We keep residents active and engaged with music, games, crafts, conversation, and time outdoors on the lanai.
Meet the owner
Cielito "Cici" Matias-Schwartz
MSN, RN
Care Home Owner and Administrator
Cici holds a master's degree in nursing and works as a registered nurse and case manager. She oversees every resident's care plan and medications, and she runs Little Heaven as a family business.
Little Heaven is licensed by the Hawaiʻi Department of Health as an Expanded Adult Residential Care Home. That license lets us care for residents who need a nursing-home level of care, along with residents who need help with daily activities.

Each care plan is shaped around the resident and can include any combination of the following.
- 24-hour supervisionStaff are present around the clock to assist and monitor each resident's health and safety.
- Medication managementA registered nurse oversees all medications and ensures each resident's care plan is followed precisely.
- Bathing, dressing & groomingPersonal care assistance provided with dignity and respect for each resident's preferences.
- Meals & snacksThree nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks daily, accommodating dietary needs and cultural preferences.
- Housekeeping & laundryFull housekeeping and laundry service to maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
- Mobility assistanceHelp with transfers, walking, and mobility to keep residents safe and as independent as possible.
- Social & recreational activitiesMusic, games, crafts, conversation, and time outdoors on the lanai to promote wellbeing.
- Transportation coordinationCoordination of transportation to medical appointments and community activities.
